Supporting the woman behind the neurodivergent family.

Are you:

•Juggling a busy career alongside raising a neurodivergent family?

•Holding it all together for everyone else at home and at work?

•Finding it pretty challenging at times?

•Spending little to no time on processing the impact on you, or getting your own needs met?

Working parents with neurodivergent children or partners often carry an additional logistical, mental and emotional load beyond the everyday challenges of family life.

Does that sound like you?

Good quality resources are increasingly available to help you to better support your neurodivergent family members.

However, hardly any tailored help exists for the person holding it all together, even though studies show that such support can make  significant improvements to participants’ mental health and wellbeing.

We believe that you are deserving of support too, not just for the roles you fulfil at home and work, but for your own sake.

What do we do?

We use a range of psychological coaching tools and techniques to enable you to:

  1. Explore and deepen your understanding of the impacts on you as a human being - not just as a mother, partner, or professional

  2. Use those insights to identify the things most likely to help you in your unique situation

  3. Experiment and reflect, using the above, and develop your personalised toolkit of support strategies and techniques.

So you can move on resourced and resilient, getting more of your own needs met.

I am currently working with another experienced coach, Lucy Tulloch, to build a range of 1:2:1 and group coaching offerings to support women in this position. In the meantime, we are both available for 1:2:1 coaching for people in this position, whether you identify as neurodivergent or neurotypical yourself.
